Half way through the year!!!!

It is half way through the year and I'm evaluating how things have been and I'm realizing that consistency has not been so consistent with me. I've fallen back into old patterns that I've despised all my life. Why is it so easy to do that? I know the answer but it just makes me sick to see me continue to do this. What I really need is a support system to help me work through this problem and I believe it is going to happen shortly.

I have been at a plateau for a month now and getting disguised but I will stop the self sabatoge now and break through this because my destiny is on the other side. Until next time.
